EasyGSTBill is a digital service. Once premium access is activated, refunds are generally not provided.
If you face a genuine technical issue that prevents use of the service, you may contact us within 7 days of payment.
Refunds, if any, are provided at our discretion after reviewing the issue.
All payments are processed through Razorpay or UPI. Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the same method.
